Made in Essaouira is perched on the Atlantic coast, this city which attracts domestic and foreign tourists in search of tranquillity, has hotels ranging from large complexes to boutique guest houses, and riads. As for the restaurants, the cuisine of choice is fresh fish and seafood freshly caught from the sea by the city’s fisherman.
